Renting a house on the Vecht
The (long rental) vacation homes (chalets) along the Vecht on our park in the Gooi- and Vecht region are suitable for one to four persons. ‘Chalet Bommelstein’, has an area of 44 m2, two bedrooms and a well-kept interior. In addition, the chalets have an extra-large shower and a central heating system. The six-person stone vacation home is suitable for two to six people, has three bedrooms and overlooks the Vecht River.

Buying a vacation home in the Gooi and Vecht region? Of course, that is also possible with us. You can enjoy your own second home in green surroundings all year round. At Châlet Parc De Vechtoever, you are welcome to stay recreationally in your own vacation home. You will wake up in the greenery with the sound of birds. How wonderful is that?

Oasis of calm
Châlet Parc De Vechtoever is located on the Vecht in an oasis of tranquility in the middle of the Hornpolder. Through the Hornpolder flows the Vecht, a vital watercourse in the Gooi- and Vecht region. The vacation park is therefore located in a beautiful, water-rich place to fully enjoy Peace, Space and Recreation. Due to its unique location on the Vecht, Châlet Parc De Vechtoever is more than suitable to enjoy a (long term) vacation or for your second home.
Sailing
Located on the river Vecht in the beautiful outskirts of Nederhorst den Berg is Châlet Parc De Vechtoever. The Vecht flows between the marsh and lake areas of Loosdrecht, Kortenhoef and Ankeveen, among others. You can visit these areas by boat. You can also sail on to the south and visit Loenen, Breukelen and Utrecht or to the north and visit Weesp, Muiden and the IJmeer with Pampus. But Amsterdam is also accessible by (motor) boat and you can sail straight up the Amstel. All routes lead through particularly beautiful countryside and are very easy to reach by boat if you rent a house on the Vecht as a base.
Bikes
By bicycle you can reach the Gooi with its famous forests and moors and extensive network of bicycle paths. The Gooi painting villages such as Laren and Blaricum, the fortified town of Naarden and Media town Hilversum, are well worth a visit. Between Hilversum and Bussum is the nature bridge Zanderij Crailoo. This is the largest nature bridge in Europe. This bridge forms a connecting link of people and animals between the nature areas of the Vecht region, the ‘s-Graveland country estates and the Spanderswoud with the heathlands of the Gooi and the nature areas of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. The estates along the Vecht and ‘s-Graveland are attractive locations to visit. This is very easy if you rent your a house at Châlet Parc De Vechtoever and take this as your starting point.
