It is possible to receive mail. You will find mail intended for you in the mailboxes at the reception desk. Your mail must have your camping number. If your location number is missing, the mail will be returned to you. We also do not accept packages larger than a letterbox package. Larger packages can be delivered to nearby mail locations/service points.

At the reception you can only pay by pin. We do not accept cash.

In case of emergency
If there are serious problems, requiring urgent assistance, please call the emergency number: 06 – 11 41 50 05.
We have an AED device and a first aid kit. The first aid kit hangs in the reception area. The AED device can be found in the laundromat. The laundromat is open 24/7.
