If you do not have a camping vehicle, the luxury glamping tent ‘CoCo Sweet’ is perfect for you! For the truly adventurous, the dune wagon is highly recommended. In short, there are many possibilities for camping at Bos Park Bilthoven, in the middle of the nature of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug.
Discover the beautiful surroundings
The southern part of the Heuvelrug includes the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. Numerous biking and hiking trails make this natural area very inviting to explore. Several castles and country houses also make the area interesting for culture lovers. For example, visit Huis Doorn or Amerongen Castle. No matter what season it is, in National Park the Heuvelrug you can take beautiful hikes all year round. The nature reserve includes 56 marked hiking trails from 2 to 21 kilometers, so there is a suitable route for everyone.
The Utrecht Ridge has a network of starting points and green entrances where you can enter the hiking area. Many starting points are located near an NS station; ideal for anyone traveling by train! While hiking through the hilly and wooded nature reserve of the Heuvelrug, you will pass heathlands where sheep graze and walk over drifting sand terrain with beautiful flying pines, among other things.
